Shipping Policies

Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to process before shipping to allow for your credit card to settle with the bank.  If you place your order on the weekend, the same policy applies.

Domestic Shipping

We ship ground domestic via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail. Items that are currently in stock should arrive within 7-10 business days. (Transit times will vary for foreign orders.) For faster service, please refer to our Expedited Shipping below. Our website has an interactive design to populate the current shipping rate with our shipping carriers.  We cannnot change these rates as they are tied directly to the carrier's current rates. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available.

Expedited Shipping

You can get an expedited shipping quote on our website at the check out screen. We offer 3-Day and 2 day shipping (no Saturday or Sunday delivery).  Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to process before shipping to allow for your credit card to settle with the bank.

International Shipping

We accept orders via credit card in US funds only. In Canada, call us toll-free at 1-800-253-3332.  International shipping costs will be charged when you place your order. Please see additional charges below.

Taxes and Duties
Bridge City Tools is unable to estimate taxes and duties for each country. International customers are responsible for payment of any additional taxes due upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information (e.g. UPS Canada charges a brokerage fee that we are unable to estimate outside what they charge us for shipping cost).

Due to shipping regulations, we cannot declare shipments as gifts and declared values will mirror the paid amount in one's order.

We can ship via USPS*, UPS, or FedEx. No rush service is available.

*Please be advised that we are unable to offer insurance and there is limited tracking information for USPS International shipments and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
