Karen Finnegan, Sales and Marketing Manager

Twenty-six years ago, Karen started her career at Delta Machinery as a Sales Account Manager. Her career has always been involved in sales and marketing, primarily in the Construction industry. She has served as an Account Manager for construction equipment rentals, sold large construction earth-moving equipment, and even managed her father’s construction company. She's always enjoyed building things, whether on a large scale or on small craftsman projects using hand tools. Her approach is customer-centric and focuses on finding ways to help solve problems while creating viable solutions. She believes sales and marketing to be a collaborative process. She also sees her role as a member of a team with each customer, dedicated to pioneering new ideas, discovering innovative answers to business challenges, and always with the focus of building a long lasting business relationship.

She enjoys working with others and is a team player. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, traveling, attending concerts, and cooking. She is also a huge animal lover.

Hung Nguyen, Technical Services Manager

Born and raised in California, Hung's inspiration and role model has always been his father who went to trade school and became a machinist for over 30 years. Because of this, Hung has always been interested in figuring out "how things work". As a kid, it started with pulling apart little things (TV remote, dc motors, RC cars, old computers, etc).  Nowadays, you can find Hung pulling apart Gyro Air dust collectors, T40 lathes, computers, cars, or anything that he can get his hands on. (The difference now is that he has to put it back together and make it work!)

Hung has been working with Harvey Industries for about 5 years and is known to be "the fix-it guy". Usually, you'll find him hidden somewhere in the warehouse or buried under a machine. He is also responsible for fulfilling orders, so you definitely will be speaking to him in the near future about any logistics or technical service-related questions.
